Felice joined the firm in 1991, having previously practiced in Denver. Her primary areas of practice are real estate, wills, trusts and estates, business and commercial transactions, and community association law. Felice assists individuals and families with estate planning, trust administration and probate matters in an efficient, individualized and comprehensive manner. She also represents buyers and sellers of residential and commercial real estate and businesses, homeowner associations, builders, and property owners, and she is general counsel for regional businesses and franchisees. Raised in New Jersey, Felice settled in Colorado in 1986 after living in Washington D.C. and Kansas City and working for the Environmental Protection Agency.

She enjoys many of the outdoor activities and community events that Summit County offers and is involved with a variety of nonprofits. Felice is a frequent local speaker on estate planning, real estate and community association issues. Most recently, she designed a 4-hour class for the Summit Association of REALTORS(R) focusing on residential real estate contracts in Summit County that she teaches twice a year.
