The firm was founded in 1978 by Hugh Breckenridge, and for over thirty years has served a wide variety of business, corporate and real estate clients as well as handling an active civil litigation practice.
In 2001 mediation and arbitration services were added to the firm's services.
Mr. Breckenridge has over twenty-five years of experience as a Settlement Conference Volunteer, is an Arbitrator for the Orange County Superior Court, Business Panel, and has been specially trained in mediation and arbitration by the American Arbitration Association and Pepperdine Strauss Institute.
