Alternative Dispute Resolution Experience
Hugh Breckenridge has served as a judicially appointed arbitrator in over 100 cases and as a volunteer for settlement conferences in the Orange County Superior Court. He has served as independent mediator of cases pending in Orange County Superior Court and private referrals and has acted as sole arbitrator in AAA commercial cases from small consumer disputes to multimillion-dollar disputes.

Fees for Legal Services
Mr. Breckenridge charges an hourly rate of $300 per hour for providing legal services to his clients. A one-hour initial consultation is available at no charge. A written Agreement for Legal Services is required for legal representation.
