$2,400 per day (5 to 8 hours)
$1,800 per half-day (1 to 4 hours)

Rate includes preliminary scheduling and pre-mediation hearing, study time and settlement agreement preparation. Compensation for an additional day of study time will be added for hearings exceeding three days.

Postponement Fees: No charge for first postponement if given 5 days’ written notice, $500.00 for each postponement thereafter or without 5 days’ notice.

Cancellation fee after preliminary hearing, if case settles before mediation hearing, $375.
