Arbitration
Arbitrations may be done directly with Mr. Breckenridge if both parties agree and specify rules and procedures for arbitration.
Fees for arbitrations administered through our office are the same as the fees for mediation:
$2,400.00 per day, $1,800 for half day.
Arbitrations may be administered by American Arbitration Association (AAA). Please contact them through their web site at www.adr.org
Arbitrations are also conducted through the Orange County Superior Court Judicial Arbitration program.
